Stesha Cano to Perform at Free Cool Sounds Concert Series in Downtown Bangor tonight

flowers and stream close upBangor, Maine – On Thursday, July 16 at 6 p.m., singer-songwriter Stesha Cano will perform in downtown Bangor at the free Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series and Fresh Air Market. Cano, a popular performer in the Bangor-area, has a voice that fits every genre-from jazz or rhythm and blues to modern pop.

The 2015 Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series lineup is as follows:
July 16 – Stesha Cano
Hosted by New England School of Communications (NESCOM)
July 23 – Broadway Rocks Bangor
July 30 – Jon King Trio
August 6 – Kenya Hall
August 13 – When Particles Collide
August 20 – Tomato Tomato with Goldenoak

The free concert series will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in West Market Square and run in conjunction with the Fresh Air Market, open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series and Fresh Air Market will continue every Thursday evening through August 20, rain or shine. Up to 20 vendors are expected weekly at the Fresh Air Market. Available items include artwork, specialty foods, jewelry, clothing and much more. Food vendors will also be on site.

Traffic Alert: During the events, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Broad Street and Merchants Plaza will be closed to traffic and from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Bangor Alley will be closed to accommodate set-up and take down to the stage; please plan travel accordingly.
