71st Annual Orono-Old Town Kiwanis Charities Auction

Great community event, with a yard sale, auction, food, bake sale, & lots of camaraderie.

Gates open at 5PM each night and close around 11 or when people stop spending money!


Celebrate! Bucksport 225!

This year the Town of Bucksport is celebrating their 225th year, the Buck Memorial Library’s 130th, and the Bay Festival’s 20th. With a multitude of Bucksport milestones to commemorate, the plan is to throw one big party to celebrate them all! The organizers of the Bay Festival are making this year’s festival a true community effort with many additional activities on the schedule for the weekend. Come join the revelry and celebrate Bucksport’s history!


Ronald McDonald House Walk, Run, or Roll 5K

26 Front Street, Bangor

Join Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine on Saturday, July 22, 2017 for our inaugural Walk, Run, Roll 5K road race! Meet us on the Bangor Waterfront at Sea Dog Brewing where our start and finish are located on Front Street in Bangor. Local supporters and past families will join forces to walk, run and roll to support keeping families close to their seriously ill children. This is a family friendly event. Water will be provided, and snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the event.

Day of Registration $25

Kids Fun Run and Walkers are free, and we encourage everyone to fundraise for RMHC of Maine.
